No, the boat has no motor or sails ( sails have holes in them and need fixing) they have a boat but it’s tied up to the jetty ( that is on a river, hasn’t made it to the ocean) they are fishing, fishing from the jetty that sits on a river ( catching Carp) muddy river miles from the ocean….
