I'm sure though that the 4 million barrels being returned will help. I think that equates to between 1% and 2% of what is required to restore it
You want me to again post the chart of the oil reserves showing the decades of reserves, throughout the endless wars blah blah, economic collapses blah blah........and then the "cliff-fall" drop when Biden took charge.......?
Gosh.....it is almost as if he deliberately drove the oil reserves down......don't they say " the charts don't lie".....
