the last article goes on extensively about the fuel excise rebate. Mostly off road diesel consumption. Yet another paper complaining that primary producers are not all taxed out of business. The fuel excise is to cover wear and tear on public roads not to destroy export industries.
May be Australia should start exporting cafe lates we won’t need primary industries if that can be done.
