Recent DPZ results for 6 months 2024 was solid except for the international business, DMP the main contributor. Even during last 2 days carnage in US markets, DPZ has performed solidly holding on to the share price.
So comparing to other fast food company chains or the comments on the quality of the product or taste doesn’t make sense. There will be a market for Domino Pizza, what ever market segment and price range they are competing.
The main issue is Japanese market set back where major part of it’s growth was supposed to come through. As a result PE has been reduced dramatically.
