re: amp looks good today Dole Bludger: "." is not a good ramp. I like them too but you'll have to do better than "." if you want them to help them go up.
try : "whooooooooooooooooooshh" in order to create the desired effect.
or you could say: "I spoke to one of the directors on the phone & he told me there is a big announcement coming up in a day or two."
