Why would they not ink in a debt facility if it is available - cash is king, and more so when a start-up is underway.
But they only draw down if they need it, and can soon pay back from the toll treat program at Kalgoorlie.
We should know by Christmas at latest what the cash, cash flow, debt and equity positions are.
