They seem to have allot of suits filed in the courts including against apple.

These guys appear to be serial litigants.

Given the claim, the question is why hasn’t NUH announced to the market that it is of a material nature.?

Just because someone makes a claim in court, doesnt really mean much, and there is no real information on the veracity of what the claim is.
