With the sale of Peru assets for a gold coin, this is being set up to become a shell imo. Expect a new project and a large raising with a consolidation soon.
LRL has been in a similar position with an overseas project they can't afford and limited success on their Australian project due to lack of cash and no way to raise enough to undertake meaningful exploration.
They recently announced their intention to acquire the Vivien Gold project and offer cheap shares to shareholders, and the obligatory consolidation as the amount needed to be raised at .003 will blow the register out. The shares have spiked from .005 to .016 in anticipation.
This seems to be the only real way forward for ICG holders imo, now that the sp has slipped so low and the company has limited funds to attack their current projects with enough drilling to help the sp recover.
New blood on the board is desperately needed imo, so a restructure is the ideal time to do this.
