It wasn't 'pumped' from 4c to 28c either. It was around 4c when the successful Ph1 for Acne completed. From there, it gradually grew over 2 years in anticipation of excellent Ph2 results. Immediately before the Ph2 results it peaked at about 28c, but it took 2 years to get there from 4c - hardly a 'pump'. Then when Ph2 came out with mixed results (Australia - brilliant, America - terrible) the SP plummeted. SP growth on expectations is nothing like a 'pump and dump' scenario. I think you need to revise your definition of 'pump'.
