Forgot to mention.................... bashing a particular culture is always a good distraction when the Powers that Be want you looking the other way.................. or insight unrest and thus justify NEW LEGISLATION to CONTOL the Locals.
The Politicians come and go, but the Public or Civil Servants remain in power after every Election.
The System is rotten to the core and the Problems are imported by the Ruling Classes.
There's plenty in every Culture that shouldn't get a ticket into another Sovereign Nation and then there are others that are potentially beneficial.
The whole system is a mess and it needs to be changed.
