What a beautiful gift it would be if we see TLX in the 17’s tomorrow due to a bit of market turbulence… as expected.
The markets reaction to the zircaix delay is surprising on the premise that there is no attributed value pegged to it currently. It would be fair enough if we were at $60 a share and it was fully priced. But as the market is concerned, it may as well not be an asset at all…
currently
776m x 8 = 6.2 billion $ market cap
fair value at $19
when it should probably be 776 x 12 = 9.3 billion $ market cap (I think a 12 multiplier is more fair considering the late stage assets and market opportunities of those assets)
Anyway. An old guy much smarter than me said that you should choose the businesses that you’re comfortable to buy and be willing to not look at the share price for 5 years.
Im happy to sit through the chop and will add if the opportunity presents itself again
