Hi Linden, He is constrained a bit by the fact that he has around 38% , and he takes too many , he would go over 50%. That causes problems from memory. But on the loans , they could have been called a few times , and in fact , he recently gave an assurance they wont be called in the next 12 months, so until that assurance , he was probably able to.
Now I have my criticisms of his approach , but I think in his dealings with minor shareholders ,he is a saint . There are lots of ways he could take advantage of his position , with retailers powerless to do anything about it. If he called his loan for instance , what price the CR to pay him back ? 1c , 1.5c if you were lucky , instantly owns most of the company . Seems one of the truly nice guys in the small resources space , cheers
