I see Dean Paatch (whose business is 'coporate governance) is sticking his schnoz into SUL's court case wanting to know details of the SoC. 'Butt Out' I say. Clearly, Shareholdes are not bothered and Paatch will find out soon enough when SUL directors are ready. Often this kind of moralistic 'corporate governance' attack does more damage to the sp than the court case. Let the SUL legal team do their work.
