Glad you agree. The company has made it's determination, it determined that Stu was not in possession of material information. So, your problem is that you are guessing that he might have, but you have no actual insight. The BOD does not agree with you, the market did not agree with you. What's the plan from here? Will you be making a citizen's arrest? Fact is, there is no problem, just you guessing that there might be one, because you can't say with any certainty that there is one. I have never held a Stu Fan Club membership, I have been critical of quite a few historical events, but not this one. There isn't even a tree to bark up on this one. The BOD aren't dills, if Stu had material information, the trade doesn't happen, simple.
