I reckon we might see a smaller geographic licensing deal leading into first dosing then a larger one post cpacs validation. The planned trial sites could be indicative of commercialisation strategy- I.e. South Korea first, Hong Kong/ China second.
I think it's a little strange we've heard so little re clinical plan... perhaps a barrage of news post ethics lodgement / RC220 patent submission.
Edit: ideally no deal is done until cpacs validation. Not far away now...
