its down 10%. Not good but hardly a plunge. I have other stocks that go up and down like yo yos as well.
NTA is 16c SP is 2.5c. Wonder how realistic that NTA is however? Due to the heavy gearing it wouldnt take much to change the NTA materially. And its unlikely to go up.....

This may be the first REIT to attempt to liquidate its entire portfolio.

I'm not averaging down but neither will I sell.

Once the nervous nellies get out it will hopefully move north.

My "buy" sentiment is for those not already holding.
