MEI is a unicorn REE deposit, the grades are possibly the best in the world.
I'd have to disagree that anything under 4,000ppm is unviable, all depends on recovery and ratio of REEs within the ppm.
Listen to any of the major miners, they are looking out 10 years in advance. Prices are only going one way despite the current Chinese price manipulation which is intended to spook investors and starve off competition.
REE remains under invested compared to major commodities despite the expected increase in demand due in the next 5 - 10 years.
