You grow your FUM by performance, what we have done is buy FUM and spent $2billion to do it. Worst thing is with all the bells and whistles our performance haven't improved. So there is no fum growth. I have all my super with perpetual for over 20 years, ordinary return so far. It only grow whenever I put more money into it.
