    Yes, I agree with most of that, especially that circumstances have changed
    And I have more than once in these pages asked what has happened to public housing, which used to be everywhere after WW2.
    But I took umbrage at his honour's wording of a "human right", which implies just giving people housing

    Build them by all.means and charge a fair rent, which implies less than the current inflated rent.level.
    But talk of human rights conjures up visions of socialism rampant.
