Cer seems to be doing everything right now.

The markets are mending.
Cer's share price is steadily climbing each day.
Hedges have been closed out.
NTA is climbing to around 40c.
Seperation process is happening bit by bit.
Valuations of properties are mending.
JPmorgan has upgraded it's sentiment to buy.
JPmorgan has upgraded it's price target to 38.
The media has been now started to put out positive print.
Our CEO is sounding very upbeat now.
NOI in US will probably be have bottomed out.
NOI in Aus is continually rising.

Everything is looking good to me.
I would now like to hear from some chartist.

Could someone please try and post some charts.
