I do not read the situation in quite the same way.
The ann says they are "going to run casing to test shows" - ok so this is excellent news and a bullish move!
Next sentence, "strike will update the market on details and timetable of the testing program once testing equipment has been sourced" - ok tells me expect delays but nothing about connecting to pipe for production?
Previously they have always stipulated that a discovery was "commercial" and then (and only then) hooked up to grid for flow testing.
My spin on this situation is that they are quietly confident, confident enough to run casing, but testing for commerciality before considering a hook up to grid.
