Its the Supreme Court that is the problem here, not the Sami. The fact that the SC can't deal with an appeal in an efficient and timely manner. "Oh its placed in the queue, and the queue is very long but we will deal with it when it rises to the top". Not good enough SC. And not good enough for Mark to say "we've done everything we can" in the quarterly update. At what point do Talga pick up the phone to the prime minister and ask for help ? Another 6 months, a year ? Maybe when the SP goes below 38c ? We are nearly at the latter, it just broke through 40c. This is a question of survival for Talga. They need to take the gloves off, start making some waves.
