Don't think liquidation is a risk. Dennis and his mates have put in a lot of money and would hate to see it fall over. He may sell it and run, but dont think it will end up in liquidation.
Ultimately hes a banker and would not want a red mark against his name whenever he returns to his day job as it means scaring off new investors/money down the track.
