IMO the more the share price drops the cheaper the cornerstone investors get in at.
The cheaper they get in at the more dilution to existing holders.
Personally a sp drop to 12c is a sign off weakness and would signal even further drops.
Even here we are almost back to levels prior to the labor government handing tax payers money to a private company. so the questions must be raised what is wrong. The money / insiders are not buying narrative.
