The rate of autism is roughly 1 in 70 globally more for boys.
Sadly 9% of Australian boys aged 7-9 have been able to enrol on NDIS programs many from families that are intellectually disadvantaged and just have "slow " kids who need special attention at school rather than expensive and rorted NDIS programs.
It would be helpful if based on intellect and past results some parents have stamped on their forehead " allowed to breed only once".
