the thing to consider here is that QMN are in no better position than we were last week bar a bit of PR and spin.

So far the 15% increase in SP has been because of a PAID valuation by a small time firm in Perth. There has been a couple of advertising interviews, not independent, to add to it. Which shareholders paid for.

There has so far been no upgrades or further drilling results, no other information that we didnt know a week ago when we were 8c.

All it is thus far is managements attempt at PR just prior to the AGM, where the head could (but wont) be voted out for slowly destroying the companies SP.

Now I will not be surprised if we see some sort of drill results in the next few days before votes need to be sent. But dont lose sight of what and where we were a week ago.

Major issues still urgently need to be address with QMN, until i see this I remain very cautious of current management, we need some new blood.

As at today I am still voting NO to resolution 2 as nothing has fundamentally changed other than shuffling the share registry right before an AGM.

We have till Wednesday LATEST, to submit our proxies, if I personally do not see anything of real substance and not more PR ramping my vote will not change.
