This has opened up a lot of options on funding IMO.
A realistic valuation can be assigned to the company in the current climate and Candelas separately.
JV? Asset sale?
If there are negotiations ongoing this draws a line in the sand on a few things and will likely push things along.
A decent floor will be established and an underwritten entitlement offer could also be got away with a decent discount to this offer.
