The 3 stooges at AKP have no real idea what's going on in China or what EM & its fabs are doing. How could they ?

This cut & paste announcement includes one small sentence about the current situation with the chips.
The assumption to be made is this information comes from EM, but it gives no details or explanations and includes some of their favourite terms ....
"significant progress" (such as?) and "currently anticipates"(no guarantees).

I reckon it was a phone call. EM finally answers the call "Hello. yeah sure we're still working on it, making great progress. Maybe next month. Bye".

The fact is the company has no oversight and no control over anything, not even the narrative. A hopeless situation by any measure.
