That's strange. You seem to be under the impression that Ukraine is NOT fighting for it's very survival.

"After this war is finished", it is quite possible that Ukraine will not exist as a Nation State. Instead, it will be under the yoke, once again, of Russian subjugation.

So, all that rubbish about Washington being 1000s of miles away, etc, would be irrelevant, as Ukraine would've ceased to exist, as a country, and as a cultural identity - once Vlad has finished with them.

Should, by some extraordinary circumstance, Ukraine survive Vlad's war of aggression, the world will have had a clear demonstration of the violent, brutal nature of Vlad and his regime.

We should all take note.
