Just a few bits of info.
1. A site called Marine Traffic Global (marinetraffic.com) shows that there are currently about 40 vessels in the waiting mooring area off Hay Point/DBCT, which I notice is down from about 50 a few weeks ago.
2.On You Tube there is a video of a collision between two bulkships in that location a couple of days ago when one reportedly lost power and collided.
