Yes I agree its a gift if you have the spare cash, which most of the directors do and are taking up their gift at 5c!

So they chip in the loan to finish the project putting GAS into the Red - allow the SP to dwindle they pay themselves back and pick up shares @ 5c.

Would be great to see the construction contract that what signed at what Contract value and the sign offs that increased the overrun? Surely on a project like this you would award time with no cost for inclement weather considering where and what time of the year you were building?
