Exactly- the vectoring clearly isn't working.
Most likely back then it was possibly indicating something that got CE all excited and he blabbed it to JGPM, the same way a guy excitedly blabs to his mate about how much a certain girl likes him when all she did was accidentally look at him.
It's all ending in tears, no two ways about it. No one could be possibly be happy with this share price or be in the green anymore and clearly no one is appreciating the lack of apparent progress.
