I'm a little stunned at the price movement here with all macro and geopolitical events accounted for.
Is that retail investors are so beaten down there is not enough ammo to move this along with the BEOT making sure they exit short positions with no damage?
The announcement sounded like it's happening but yet not signed and binding!
Is this the reason for the limp response for what I thought was really good news?
Would like to hear some quality conversation around this.
For what it's worth I topped up in the 1st half hr after the Ann.
