Not a dog act at all. Need to question the captain who has failed to deliver a project plan on OZM's flagship which was Mulgabbie. The SS non deliverable and the downright refusal to answer direct questions from shareholders is more of a dog act if you ask me. I have personally spoken to him about the SS and he would not answer my 3-4 questions I put to him.
So he should be working hard, he is paid a wage right.
