@rising asked the question if shares can trade below 0.1cents per share. The answer is no for on market trades but yes for off market. The minimum increment for share trades is 0.1 cents per share, period. Off market trade is probably not the correct term, but companies can do capital raising’s, or share placements, where the price per share is less than 0.1 cents per share, for eg, do a share placement for 1 million shares for $600, ie 0.06 cents per share.
When a companies share price is less than 10 cents, the minimum increment in price is 0.1 cents, this applies to ATH now. From 10 cents to $1, the increment is 0.5 cents. And anything above $1 the increment is 1 cent. Having said that, brokers can trade in increments half that individual traders can.
