Nice catch. The first buy order isn’t a purchase of shares, it’s just a cross trade which has been happening over the last couple of months with this stock (happens with others too). Note the LT XT next to the trade.
The second purchase though looks like an on market purchase of shares, as there’s no condition set next to it.
So from the looks of things, most likely an institutional investor bought 767k worth of shares at $1.025.
