I imagine a fair wad of cash will need to go into JV's, as LINC are not interested in selling their intellectual property.
Also they do not have a commercial GTL plant as yet, and imagine this will cost a pretty penny.
Teresa will top up any spending on planned projects IMO. Whatever project gets the green light (UCG or GTL) i imagine will empty the pockets a bit.
Notwithstanding future dividends ;)
