Also, side note. I found the report. It was dated November 1995 and it was commissioned by WMC. I forgot about that. It covered every corporate,mine and project acquisition in Aus over the period 1988-19992. Very detailed, 100 pages a real historic snapshot. I remember poring over microfiche files for weeks. You younger guys wont know what they are
A couple of gems. " The Fosterville project was sold to Perseverance Corporation for 7,000oz of gold in April 1992".
Zapopan acquired a 50% interest in the Tanami Gold Mine in May 1988 for $16.7M and the remaining 50% in October 1991 for $7.9M. Tanami was then onsold to Otter60%/Acacia40% in Jan 1995 for $9M
These 2 were obviously crackers in hindsight
