So this 150m usd offer is 230.57m aud equates to about 46.7c per share not including tax, with tax it would of course be lower, while it should be good for the shareprice short term from where it sits now and those who entered GLN in the teens, but this is not a great deal for long and mid term holders and even those who bought in earlier this year.
