Directors free options are either paid for or lapse.
Free performance shares are a very generous part of their remuneration, part of performance milestones when met which get converted to ordinary shares.
Most exploration company directors never pay for them with cash and get converted to ordinary shares.
My point is free performance shares should never ever be issued to directors when SP collapses year after year, only ever should be issued/earned when SP actually rewards SH’s. They get paid big $$$ to perform that should be their incentive NOT milk SH’s imo.
Just look at the over generous B$ shares and options given recently at a massive discount to Lynch imo. IXR have lost there respect and way for SH’s imo and joined the rest of many underperforming lifestyle companies imo. Tell me I am wrong!!!
