Aug 6 (Reuters) - Australia's Galan Lithium (GLN) confirmed on Tuesday it had received an indicative proposal from lithium technology startup Energy Exploration Technologies (EnergyX) for its assets in Argentina.
Under the proposal, EnergyX is offering $50 million in cash and common shares in the U.S.-based firm, which is valued at $50 million.
