You's somehow did a government adjacent ("Zim pension fund") cap raise at a premium and yet still are sitting over 20% lower than that.... most shares would shoot straight up to their premium price at a minimum, usually over shoot it. The market is obviously not convinced it wasn't some dodgy Zimbabwe dealings.
If flow test results are poor/troublesome, which they probably will be given IVZ history, then yeah 4c is well and truly in play.
