Exactly, it's entirely worth negotiating. The value of the deal is dependent on what proportion of EnergyX Galan will receive. Given they seem to have basically no projects of their own, no organisation adopting their technology and are trying to buy a project that's wholly unsuitable to DLE, it seems to me Galan by all rights should be the majority shareholder of EnergyX.
They obviously won't see it that way but negotiating seems the responsible course of action for Galan.
