There are parties 'At all levels' that want to get involved in these projects. A lot of companies have equipment and people sitting there looking for ways to keep going once the projects are completed. I dont doubt that AMD will attract a lot of interested parties to help develop these projects. They have offtake, equipment providers, crushing services, cash equity potential all on the table. Flanno is a deal maker and these projects are company makers. The short term issue is the market sentiment. Once that clears up, this will wake up again imo.
