I can only imagine that they will want the share price to be higher for the Fission vote on 24/08.
Looking at retail Twitter land for voting, it favours the merger.
I guess Institutions and CGN will vote in favour, so one would think it's in the bag, given they had around 55% of the votes. This means only 13% of retail needed to vote yes.
