re: Ann: CVA: BGL:Intention to Make Takeover ... We'll have to wait and see the final offer document for the details. Clever has never been particularly clever and runnign their business, the good news is that they finally dumped their crappy off-net business just BGL did a while back, but I'm not sure what's left. It was makes me nervous when a company generating good returns acquires one with poor returns like Clever.
