I agree. Critical path being done and choke point manage.
Thats whatwe are not seeing, all the work behindthe scene.... punters loses confidence with lack of info.
I remember some company even do announcement of what they have ordering longlead items
Anyway, hes an accountant and we need to have confidence in him
