I have been reluctant to top this up due the excessive valuation. A stock with a high PE should offer decent growth going forward. It also appears that Lynas needs to invest a fair bit of capital just to maintain status quo. I agree it is a cyclical play but the danger is that it could still fall a fair bit from here.
