The presentation was very poor. This type of delivery and message will only chase investors (both current and prospective) away.
I have a large holding in this company and I am really starting to worry.
On the face of it, the company is severely undervalued, but the way management communicate with the market and the lack of any consistent message and guidance leaves me concerned.
How is the CEO incentivised to grow our market cap? Well he isn't!
What forward guidance is he and his executive team to be measured against? Well there isn't any!
What past performance gives us confidence that this executive team can deliver?
What independent oversight do we as shareholders have over the board? None whatsoever.
