Re the Spirit matter and whether we actually have one within us. (maybe???)

I've not seen convincing verses to support such.
Adam received the breath of life through through nostrils, which suggests that is the air we breath and man then became a living soul = is a soul and not given one.
Breath is also refenced as spirit.
Spirit goes back to God upon death, the one that gave it - the air we breath, you could say.

Spirit, soul, heart, mind etc, these terms are used at times and they all represent the same thing.
If I said I live in the spirit of waffle = I have adopted the ways of waffle, the living soul - the package.

Give something all your heart, your heart is not a conscious thing -> are you getting my drift on these things, spirit, soul and mind are ref in the same context, here and there?

We see verses the likes of, we need to live in the spirit and not the flesh -> the Spirit there is referring to God's - his ways.

When there is to be a said resurrection (regardless of what it means), it is referring to the same person, putting on the incorruptible = immortality and the Bible shows that the incorruptible is the word of God - again his ways, so to speak.
Spiritual body (re above here), but that's not a spirit.
